Once you’ve reached the required standard, you’ll be offered the opportunity to start working with us as a Trainee Driving Instructor (PDI).

- Pass your ADI Part 2 test
- Complete your training to the required level
- Are signed off by our training team
👉 You will be offered a position within our driving school under a structured Support Agreement.
This means you can begin gaining real experience, working with pupils, and earning as you continue your journey to becoming a fully qualified instructor.

Once approved:
- You’ll join our school as a PDI (trainee instructor)
- You’ll receive ongoing support and guidance
- We’ll help you begin taking on pupils
- You’ll build experience while preparing for Part 3
