Once you’ve reached the required standard, you’ll be offered the opportunity to start working with us as a Trainee Driving Instructor (PDI).

When you:

• Pass your ADI Part 2 test
• Complete your training to the required level
• Are signed off by our training team

👉 You will be offered a position within our driving school under a structured Support Agreement.

This means you can begin gaining real experience, working with pupils, and earning as you continue your journey to becoming a fully qualified instructor.

🔧 How It Works

Once approved:

• You’ll join our school as a PDI (trainee instructor)
• You’ll receive ongoing support and guidance
• We’ll help you begin taking on pupils
• You’ll build experience while preparing for Part 3

This is a practical, supported route into the industry, not just theory-based training.

To qualify for this guaranteed position, you must:

• Successfully complete the required training programme
• Meet the standards set by our training team
• Follow the recommended training structure
• Be reliable, professional, and committed
• Be available to take on pupils within a reasonable area
